What am I missing out on if I’ve opted out or unsubscribed?

We only email to help you with your course completion or with your account. We use email to inform you of any notifications, registration details, webinar details or webinar replay details.

If you’ve unsubscribed, we wont be able to email details of any webinars, course notifications, or reminders or other email that may help you with your course completion.

If you’ve unsubscribed using the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of one of our emails then you must use the ‘resubscribe’ process to receive our course notification emails.

Please visit the Participant Re-Subscription page to do this and you must use the email address that you originally registered with on the platform.
