Didn’t Receive Our Email?
If for any reason you didn’t get an email there are a few things to check:
- Have a look in your spam or quarantined folder for email from us at Educating Experts.
- Did you sign up with your institute email address? You must use a valid .ac.uk email address.
- Double check that the email address hasn’t any typos when entered. Occasionally, email addresses are entered with a small typo in the name and the platform cant send email to a non-existent email address.
- If your sign up looks good then your institution may not have a license for this course. Contact your course provider at your University and they should be able to help.
- If you are still struggling, contact us via support.
