Why am I not receiving the webinar details?

If your Course registration provides access to any webinars or webinar replays then will need your email address to send relevant notifications, reminders or webinar details.

If you’re not receiving these, then it could be because:

i) Your registration details were entered incorrectly (see ‘Didn’t Receive Our Email?‘ for further details).

ii) You’ve manually unsubscribed under your Profile settings (see ‘What Happens If I Unsubscribe?‘ for further details).

iii) You’ve unsubscribed via an ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of one of our platform emails (see ‘What Happens If I Unsubscribe?’ for further details)
